Cancellation Policy
The Blue Turismo appreciates your preference!
However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and cancellations may be necessary...
Therefore, please review our CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Right of Withdrawal: Within 07 (seven) days after the purchase confirmation, for distance sales, the customer can withdraw from the purchase and be fully refunded. As stated in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code:
"Article 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from its signature or from the receipt of the product or service, whenever the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
Sole paragraph. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal provided for in this article, the amounts eventually paid, for any reason, during the reflection period, will be returned..."
• No Show: When a client does not show up, meaning they do not appear at the time of the service at the specified boarding location, without notice or with notice given only hours before the service starts, the service will be considered rendered without the right to partial or total refund. See below for further observations regarding NO SHOW.
• Changes/Rescheduling: Services can be rescheduled/changed provided there is availability on the new date and that the request for change is made within the time limit of 72 hours before the start of the services. Blue Turismo also informs that any price differences may be added, and the consultation of prices will be available to the client at the time of rescheduling, and can also be requested at any time through our email receptivo@blueturismo.com.br.
• Cancellation by the Contractor/Client: In case of cancellation of the tourist service by the client, the following policies apply:
- Up to 07 days before the start of the first service: 100% refund of the previously paid amount;
- After 07 days before the start of the first service: NO refund, the service will be considered rendered.
• Cancellation by the Contractor (Blue Turismo): In case of cancellation of the tourist service by Blue Turismo, for any reason:
- 100% of the amount paid to Blue Turismo will be refunded.
- The client will not be indemnified for extra costs with services external to Blue Turismo, such as flights, hotels, and other expenses arranged outside the company.
Please also pay attention to other policies:
• We are not responsible for missed flights when the departure time from the hotel suggested by Blue Turismo is altered by the passengers.
• Any items left behind in our vehicles or hotels will not be the responsibility of Blue Turismo and its suppliers.
• In airport receptions (Transfer IN), passengers' presentation tolerance after the flight landing is up to 02 hours, after this time, it will be considered as a NO SHOW.
• In tours and transfers to airports/ports (Transfer OUT), waiting tolerance is up to 30 minutes after the agreed-upon time. After this time, it will be considered as a NO SHOW, and the driver/guide will be released.
• Cancellations WITHOUT PENALTY, with 100% refund, must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. After this period, it will be considered a full NO SHOW!
